At Yughaan, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. Please read our shipping guidelines below.

1.Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Custom/personalized orders may take additional time.

2.Delivery Timeline

  • Standard delivery within India: 4–7 business days.
  • Remote locations may take longer.
  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather, holidays, or unforeseen situations are beyond our control.

3.Shipping Charges

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

4.Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details are sent via email once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take some time to reflect.

5.Incorrect Address

We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the parcel is returned to us:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Delivery timelines will reset

6.Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears tampered or damaged:

  • Do not accept it
  • Take clear photos
  • Contact us immediately

Once accepted, courier-related claims may not be possible.

9.Refund & Return Policy

We want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. Please read our refund and return rules carefully.

1.No Returns for Custom Products

Most of our products involve custom design work.
Therefore, returns, cancellations, and replacements are NOT allowed once your order is processed or once the design is approved.

2.Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

If your order is cancelled by Yughaan

Due to stock issues, payment errors, or internal reasons.

If the order is not delivered

Because the courier partner fails to deliver or loses the shipment.

If you receive a damaged product

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Order details

Requests submitted after 24 hours may not be accepted.

3.Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be offered for:

  • Incorrect details provided by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size, color, or style selected
  • Minor colour variation due to digital screens
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Damaged items accepted without checking

4.Refund Processing

Approved refunds:

  • Are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Will be sent to your original payment method via Razorpay

5.Replacement Policy

If an item arrives damaged AND you report within 24 hours, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Or store credit (case-by-case)
